We can coordinate your project with the structural, hydraulic, and mechanical design team required during design and construction. We are able to organise quotes on your behalf, providing you with the best quality vs. price option available.

BUILDING CERTIFICATION
DBD's experience in working with local councils in Perth ensures a smooth project approval process. We can calculate the development approval and building permit fees so there are no surprises. We can also lodge the applications on your behalf.
We can prepare Tender Documentation Packages for open tenders or selected groups of bespoke builders. Our building professionals network encompasses a wide range of builders and tradespeople to present quotes for your project. We can oversee the construction process with your selected builder to ensure continuity and quality from the design through the build. However, should you choose to build with us, we can take you through the building process too as we are registered builders in Western Australia. Reg# BC102951
To bring your project to completion, our experienced Building Certifiers independently check and approve the building work to ensure it complies with the safety, health, amenity, and sustainability standards specified in legislation and building codes.
