Custom home design Faqs
How long does it take to build a custom home in Perth?
The timeline for building a custom home can vary depending on the size and complexity of your design.
We work with you to set clear timelines at the beginning of the process and keep you informed throughout the process to ensure everything stays on track.
What is the cost of building a custom home in Perth?
The cost of a custom home depends on factors like size, design, location, and the materials used.
We will discuss your budget in our initial discovery meeting and will use this to guide our custom home design to balance luxury with budget-conscious solutions.
We provide transparent cost estimates based on your specific requirements, helping you understand the budget from the start.
How do you ensure quality in the construction of my custom home?
Quality is at the core of everything we do. From our experienced team of in-house architects and builders to our rigorous quality control processes, we ensure that every aspect of your home is built to the highest standards.
Regular inspections and open communication ensure that your custom home is delivered with exceptional craftsmanship.
Why would I choose a custom home over a pre-designed floorplan?
Custom home designs are tailored to your specific needs, style, and land requirements, offering more flexibility and personalisation.
Unlike pre-designed homes, a custom design ensures that every detail reflects your lifestyle, from floor plans to finishes, resulting in a unique and functional space.
What does “bespoke” mean when building a home?
A bespoke home is designed exclusively for you, without templates or pre-set plans. Every detail, from the layout to finishes, is tailored to your lifestyle, taste, and aspirations, resulting in a home that is entirely designed around you.
How is a bespoke home different from a standard build?
A standard build typically follows a set design, with limited choices for layout, materials, and finishes, while a bespoke home begins with a blank canvas. Bespoke design places you at the centre of every decision, creating a home that reflects your individuality and lifestyle.
How involved will I be in the design process?
You’ll be at the heart of the journey. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, what inspires you, and the experiences you want your home to provide. Your vision guides every stage of the process, ensuring the result is distinctly yours.
Will I be able to see what my home will look like before it’s built?
Yes. We provide detailed 3D renders and design presentations, allowing you to visualise your home and make confident decisions before construction begins.
